Revolut is hiring a crypto ‘voice’ for global expansion

Former Credit Suisse trader Nik Storonsky's fintech company Revolut is hiring a crypto expert to grow its presence in the multi-trillion-dollar market.

Revolut, which has more than 50 million customers globally, is hiring its global head of crypto expansion, a role to lead its international crypto market entry strategy.

Revolut seeks candidates who have prior experience in engaging directly with regulators or supervisory bodies. The firm mentioned that the global head of crypto expansion will lead various functions, from licensing and onboarding to launch and scale.

The role also offers a remote work option along with other benefits.

“You’ll be Revolut Crypto’s voice for global expansion and will work cross-functionally to break through regulatory complexity, unlock high-value jurisdictions, and build the operating playbooks that power growth,” Revolut said in its job posting.

Revolut needs candidates to have at least six years of experience in strategy, operations, regulatory expansion, or similar roles in fintech, crypto, payments, or financial services, along with proven success in launching regulated products across complex jurisdictions, among others.

Revolut is betting big on the growing crypto market. The company is also expanding its team with the hiring of more than 50 crypto-related roles, according to its LinkedIn.
