In October 2024, Zodia Markets introduced a progressive Menopause Policy with an aim to support employees experiencing menopause, perimenopause, or premature menopause.
“Menopause is a natural phase of life, and yet many women can feel judged or misunderstood during this time, making it even more important to create spaces where they feel supported and heard,” Bharvi said in a LinkedIn post.
“This initiative is about more than just policy – it’s about fostering an inclusive, supportive work environment where everyone can thrive, no matter where they are in life’s journey. By raising awareness and providing resources, we are creating a culture that values well-being and empowers all employees.”
